A few suggestions as to what to do and say should you actually encounter a Commissioner Live and In Person:
We have only actully met one of the commissioners so far. And judging by his reaction, we do no think that he will be answering the door again should any other citizens come by. And we do not believe that any of the other commissioners will really be eager to "meet the people" when the people show up, so we believe that the odds are small that you will see them. However, should that happen, just introduce yourself, tell them why you came (that you want the referendum vote), and leave your letter with them. Tell them exactly what you think and thank them for their time.
What to say in your letter: If you signed the petition, use those thoughts. Just let them know your thoughts and feelings about this issue and what you think about their attitudes towards the taxpayers.

Reasonably easy to find. In Southeast Minneapolis, located just west of Hiawatha Avenue and the light-rail line.
Exit west off Hiawatha on 42nd Street EAST.
There is no access to 35th Avenue from 42nd Street. You have to turn on 33rd/34th and jog around over to 35th.
Just turn south on 33rd, and then keep to the left, and make a left-hand turn on 44th.
This house is the very last house on the block. It is on the corner, on the west side of 35th Avenue South.

It is a light color house with red trim, on the west side of the street with a flag out front, and plenty of on-street parking. |

Very easy to find. In Robbinsdale. This is almost at the corner of Lake Drive North and Memorial Parkway. York is on the north side of Lake Drive. This area is straight east of downtown Robbinsdale.
This part of York Avenue is very short and a little oddly shaped and narrow. One side is no parking.
It is a small brick house, pretty much in the middle of the block. There is a small adress plaque by the front door. |

Very easy to find. In Bloomington, right off of France Avenue South. Just north of Old Shakopee Road and not too far from Normandale Community College.
104th is on the east side of France Avenue South. The house will be on the left-hand side as you go down the hill and around the curve.
There is NO house number on the home or on the mailbox. It is a maroon/rust-colored home with light yellow/cream trim and a red door.
